| Payment | We accept all major credit cards, money orders and personal checks (with a 10 day hold). If you do not feel comfortable paying with your credit card over the Internet we can accept a credit card payment over the phone. Our toll free telephone number will be provided in the email we send to each winning bidder. If you wish to pay by PayPal you have to have a shipping address that is confirmed by PayPal. |
| Shipping & Handling | The total shipping charge is $12.95 and it includes plenty of packing materials. Please add $5 per order for shipments to APOs, FPOs, HI, AK and P.O. Box addresses. |
| Insurance | Insurance is optional and it costs $1.75. Should the item break during transportation, please call or email us immediately and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location. Once the item has been received and inspected you will receive a refund or a replacement within 7-14 days. |
| Combined Shipping Discount | If a Buyer purchases more than one item from us, the Buyer will pay the highest shipping and handling cost for the first item and only $5 for each additional item. All items purchased from our eBay store are SHIPPED FOR FREE if the total value of items purchased in the eBay store exceeds $125. Any eBay auction items shipped together with eBay store items (that are shipped for free) will be charged only $5 per auction for shipping. |
| Delivery Time | The item is usually dispatched from our warehouse 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. It should reach the Buyer within 2-7 days of shipping. The Buyer will receive an email from us with information on when the item was shipped, the expected delivery date and any tracking number. |
