SHIPPING:

• We ship using USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS GROUND for shipping in the US.

• If you need overnight domestic shipping you will need to email us for rates and we will make arrangements.
• We ship immediately upon receipt of payment either the same day if possible or the following day as long as the post office is open and payment has been received.
• We want you to have your item as quickly as possible and we feel you do as well.
• We do offer combined shipping as long as the items can be shipped in the same box at the same time. Please email us for additional costs which will be minimal depending on the weight of the additional item.
• Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped with professional care.
• After your item is shipped you will receive an email from us with the shipping details.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after we take the package to the Post Office.

RETURN POLICY:

• We will accept a return under the following conditions:
• The item must be returned in the same new condition within three days after receiving your package.
• You must inform us before you decide to return the item.
• After three days we do not accept returns.
• The item must be returned in a similar size container. All tags, dust covers, booklets and whatever else was shipped with the item must be returned.
• We do not accept returns on lingerie, clothing or outerwear.
• There will be a nominal 5% restocking fee on all items to cover the high fees and expenses to list an item.
• There is no restocking fees for exchanges, so if you do decide to return an item please check out our store. We have thousands of items to choose from.
• If shoes are returned with scuff marks on the bottom there will be a 20% restocking fee, so we suggest that you try them on inside on carpet.
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
