• All our shipping charges are based on UPS Ground Continental USA rates. We prefer this service because UPS picks up daily and we don't have to carry heavy loads of rocks to the local post office. Our charges also include a handling fee for boxing, packing and stuffing in accordance to weight and multiple auctions won.
• All shipping charges listed in the auction are within continental USA only.
• Customers outside the US , including Alaska , Hawaii , P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or Puerto Rico should inquire for rates before bidding in order to prevent surprise charges.
• We do not use USPS Flat Rate. Due to our items weight, fragility and size.
• All International Customers should provide their telephone number during check out. Failure to do so may result delays in delivery of your order.
• All International orders will be insured automatically and we will not be responsible for any customs fees that the recipient country will charge for the order.
• All international Customers should specify if insurance is not needed before or when transferring your payment. We are not responsible for any damaged merchandise on orders without insurance, no exceptions.
• All international Orders will be shipped via UPS, if you prefer USPS please note that we use USPS Priority Mail only, it will not be traceable and all damaged claims should be arranged by the customer, we do not get involved in USPS damaged claims.
• All International Orders shipped via UPS will have a tracking # and on all insured orders we will provide full support on damaged claims.
• Local pick up is available by appointment only. Please contact us via email or call us at (212) 889 9000 24 hours before you plan to pick up.
• All orders are shipped out in 3-4 business days after payment is received. When your order is shipped out you will receive an email from UPS with tracking # in it.

We Accept: PAYPAL, VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER, CHECK or MONEY ORDER as a payment option.

• We'll notify the winning bidder as soon as the Auction Helper has notified us of the ended auction. Usually in 24 hours. We use Auction Helper as our main invoice agent.
• Please make sure to include the Invoice # or Item # when sending a check or MO. If this information is not provided, payment will not be posted to your account, as there is now way for us to identify it.
• We combine shipping, total S&H charge depends on the total weight, size and fragility of the Items, and, of course, the State/Country you live in.
• We allow 7-10 days to combine your order, please email us as soon as you are ready for the combined S&H charge.
• If you want to receive reduced shipping charge, please email us before transferring your payment, as shipping has to be calculated manually. We never combine shipping until we receive a request. Please understand that as soon as we receive payment we process the order and it's impossible to combine shipping afterwards.

We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your specimen or we'll refund your purchase price in full upon safe return of the specimen in original condition within 10 days. All sales come with this policy, no questions asked.

• In order to return your order you should contact us via phone or e-mail, otherwise it will not be authorized and no refund or credit will be posted. You will be responsible for all shipping charges if you want to receive the Item back.
• All refunds are processed within 2 weeks from the date when it was received back.
• If your Item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve everything at customers best convenience. But DOA (Damage On Arrival) should be reported within 1 business day from the delivery date, no exceptions.
• All DOA orders should be reported to the shipping carrier, refunds are posted as soon as the claim is resolved.
• All retuned Items must be send back in original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, if the reason is other than DOA or wrong specimen.

• We do not cancel bids, no exceptions.
• According to eBay policy, it's responsibility of the buyer to retract bid before the auction ends. 
• If the auction ended and the highest/winning bidder chooses not to pay for it, we will be forced to follow eBay's policy by opening an unpaid dispute, in order to recover our listing, stocking and final value fees.
• If the customer has already paid and than decides they don't want it anymore, we will charge a 15% fee on the total payment, in order to recover all our fees and costs involved in processing, preparing, packing and stocking the order.
