It is an automatic machine that makes the following: Regular Coffee Decaf Coffee Cappuccino Café Latte Café Mocha French Vanilla Latte French Vanilla Cappuccino French Vanilla Mocha Chai Tea Chai Latte French Vanilla Chai Hot Chocolate Hot Water You can program it make whatever, actually. You can program to make an 8, 10 or 12 ounce pour. You can program individually, so not all have to be the same. Also, if you want something to be made sweeter or more fluff, you program that in too until it is to the owner's liking. It has powders that you refill easily from the inside. You clean the machine by pressing a button and it will clean the lines automatically for you. Depending on usage, clean machine once a week. It can be hooked to a permanent water line and use the 5 gallons bottles provided. You fill them with regular tap water and it goes through the included filter and pump to the machine. It costs about 30 cents a cup to make including the cup! You can charge $1, $2 per cup! Or make it a service to your employees or customers. If you buy the powder products from the company and you are in their service area, then the lifetime warranty stays intact.
