This is a rare signed limited (1000 signed copies) hardcover of Tales Of Pain And Wonder by Caitlin R. Kiernan, published by Subterranean Press, signed by the author on the limitation page, & sold out by the publisher. Subterranean's is the 3rd edition of this 1st collection of the author's stories. This edition is the author's revised definitive edition, & includes 2 additional tales: Mercury, which was published originally as a chapbook , & another tale that is original to this edition.It also includes a new preface by the author, & the reprinting of the introduction by Douglas E. Winter, & the afterword by Peter Straub. The 1st edition of the author's 3rd collection, To Charles Fort, With Love, also published by Subterranean, is on auction separately as well. The book appears as unread, & is in excellent condition, as is the dj, which is in a protective mylar cover.
