SONAR Home Studio 6 from Cakewalk is multi-track recording/editing software, perfect for musicians taking the first step into digital recording. The software comes with a comprehensive feature set, that turns a computer into a complete music production studio, and provides everything needed to take music from inspiration, to finished CD.

Based on Cakewalk's SONAR software engine, SONAR Home Studio 6 provides intuitive tools that make it easy to record, edit, mix and arrange professional-quality music. It includes many powerful tools, including built-in instruments and effects, support for DirectX, VST, ReWire and MFX instruments and effects, support for ACID-format loops, and much more.
