Methodology

Essays

You don’t just memorize law.  There are Tips and strategies to understand where sometimes form prevails over substance.  Plus the key is two-fold

1)      Practice, practice, practice – you will be given over 100 essays (from the real California Bar Exams) and simulated three-day exams

2)      Repetition is the key to learning.  It is best to repeat areas in where you need more guidance.

Also, issue spotting techniques for organization and clarity and In depth analysis into what the Bar Examiners are looking for in your essays and written performance test

I currently have a contract and a license with the National Conference of Bar Examiners – the NCBE – to use their past MBE released questions.  Also, I have researched the best books on the market today and we will also be using them.
