About the Manufacturer
The story of Callaway Golf begins with the company’s founder and namesake Ely Callaway, a passionate businessman and well known figure in the game of Golf. The company got its start when Mr. Callaway bought a small wedge and putter company called “Hickory Stick USA”, which later became “Callaway Hickory Stick USA” and eventually “Callaway Golf”. From the beginning the company was committed to producing quality product for golfers of all skill levels. Mr. Callaway called it “Demonstrably Superior and Pleasingly Different” (DPSD) golf clubs. Though the company has grown exponentially since it’s modest start in 1982 (when Mr.Callaway would deliver product himself from the back of his Cadillac) the commitment to innovation and quality remains. Now a publicly traded company, Callaway is one of the most visible names in golf with a product line that encompasses the full spectrum of equipment and accessories including drivers, irons, wedges, putters and balls. Callaway golf also owns Top-Flite Golf Company, Odyssey Putters, Ben Hogan and Strata Brands.

The clubs have been hit very few times – if at all – and show almost no wear. They have few ball marks on the face and maintain some of the new condition shine.

Birdie (Very Good)
The clubs have clearly been hit but are in fantastic shape. They may have a few lights scratches or mild nicks if you look closely, but still look very nice.

Par (Good)
The clubs have seen normal use (usually several seasons) but still have many rounds left in them. There may be mild ball marks around the face line and a few scratches and/or nicks – typical of some bag chatter. However, they will not have anything that will be detrimental to the clubs’ performance.

Bogey (Average)
The clubs show significant use. The faces and soles will have some scratches or paint wear and the heads will have scratches and nicks. However, none of them will be severe enough to affect play. They will show wear from frequent play and may have natural scratches, pop up marks, and/or bag wear on the shaft. These are great clubs for those looking for performance and value rather than cosmetics.

Double Bogey (Fair)
These clubs exhibit excessive wear. They may exhibit significant scratching, paint chips, nicks, ball marks, etc. They are still playable (otherwise we wouldn’t sell them); they just aren’t attractive. They are priced accordingly and a bargain shopper can find a great deal.


Grip/Club Disclaimer
Please note we do not just provide pictures of the clubs – we do our best to accurately describe and grade the clubs. Every item is inspected, cleaned, and re-gripped if necessary. All clubs come with an installed grip that is consistent with their overall condition. We ship in a very timely manner, usually the same or next day.

Golf Club Trade In/Purchase Policy
We will take golf clubs in trade towards purchases or will pay you cash for your used/new brand name clubs (i.e. Callaway, TaylorMade, Ping, Mizuno, etc.). Send us an e-mail of your inventory and we will walk you through the process. Please be as accurate as possible when describing the clubs -- include the make, model, shaft, and condition.


Shipping
We ship UPS for domestic US (lower 48 states only) and UPS Expedited for Canada orders. If you are from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, the shipping charge is $40 and we ship UPS or USPS (depending on cost). We do not ship to APO’s or FPO’s.


International Shipping
Please contact us for your international shipping cost and make sure to provide your postal code. International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Your shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.
