After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, all buyers must complete our secure checkout process to submit payment and insure prompt handling of your order. (Please note that we do not use eBay Checkout.) All payments must be made in US dollars.

Check-Out Later
Within 3 hours of the auction's end, we will notify you via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. Our e-mail will contain a link to our secure checkout system, where you will be able to pay for your purchase. If you have not received our winning bidder e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at auctions@3balls.com or 508-821-3900.
Order Consolidation/Reduced Shipping for Multiple Items
If you are bidding on multiple 3balls Golf auction items, we are glad to offer you combined (reduced) shipping charges. Our checkout system will automatically combine your auction purchases into a single order and consolidate your shipping charges.
In order to receive combined shipping savings, please do not checkout until after your last auction has closed or last Buy It Now has been completed. Once your last auction has closed, please proceed to our checkout system and you will find all of your items in your shopping cart and will be offered combined shipping accordingly. Once checkout has been completed, item consolidation will stop for that order and no additional items may be added.
Please note that shipping charges for oversized items (such as golf bags) will be excluded from consolidation. An oversized item will consolidate into your order for the purposes of payment but its published shipping charge will be added to the combined shipping charge for the remaining items.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments through our secure checkout system.
PayPal
We are proud to offer PayPal Express Checkout within our secure checkout system. Express Checkout allows you to save time and effort by using the confirmed shipping and billing information you have stored with PayPal. Just click the PayPal button on the first page of our checkout!!
Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated.
Please note that we require that you ship to your PayPal confirmed billing address and, accordingly, our checkout system will not permit you to enter and any address other than your confirmed billing address. If you need to ship to different address, you can pay directly through our checkout system using a credit card or you can contact us by e-mail or phone to make a special request for an exception.
Please be aware that PayPal/eBay Coupons cannot currently be redeemed through our checkout system. If you would like to use a PayPal/eBay Coupon on a 3balls Golf eBay purchase, please contact us by e-mail or phone prior to attempting to checkout. We will be glad to assist you with checkout and send you a PayPal Money Request, which will enable you to redeem your coupon.
Money Orders, Certified and Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (written in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.) Please note that Personal Check orders may be held for up to 7 days after receiving your check for clearing purposes. Payment is expected to be mailed within 3 days of completing checkout.
If paying by check or money order please reference the order number provided to you at the completion of our checkout process. Also, be sure to include the shipping charges and, (if you are a Massachusetts resident) 5% sales tax.

Sales Tax
State law requires that we charge 5.0% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Massachusetts.
Payment Terms
We require that all items be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple items and need more than 7 days to complete payment, please be sure to contact us. If an item remains unpaid for 14 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recoup our eBay fees and will, ultimately, release the product back into our inventory for re-sale.
