I bought this handbag MY SELF directly from a major department store.  I guarantee it is Authentic.

New and Pre-Owned Items

I have a 7 day Money Back return policy.

Refund will be giving to buyer as Money Back, only if the item(s) received, is not as described.  Items have to be returned within 7 days after the item is received by the buyer.

I DO NOT have a “change my mind” return policy.

In order to receive a full refund, Items MUST be return in the same condition as received by buyer.  Return shipping fee must be paid by BUYER.   The amount of the refund will ONLY be for the amount the item was sold for; the shipping charges are not part of that amount and will NOT be refunded.

Additional Details

All payments MUST be received within 3 days of the end of Auction.  "Buy it Now" item(s), must be paid immediately. If payment is not received as stated here, Item(s) will be put up for auction again and negative feedback and nonpayment action will be left for the buyer.
