GENERAL INFORMATION: All of my items are either, new with tags (NWT), new without tags (NWOT) or in excellent used condition (EUC).  I will not knowingly sell items that are damaged in any way so everything I sell is free from stains, holes, tears, wear, rips, fraying, etc.  Garments are measured laying flat and are exact.  As sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer please go by my measurements to be sure they will fit you properly. I always recommend washing used items prior to wearing.  Also, we are a non smoking no pet family.  These are all quality items that will please the most discriminating buyer.  My model is a size 4.  Please consider this when buying larger sizes.

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE MY PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS TO ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING TO HELP PREVENT ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS.  My aim is to describe every item accurately and honestly to the best of my ability. I want you to be completely comfortable at my auction, so it is very important to me that you understand everything related to the item you are considering buying.  And, I always leave feedback whether I am the buyer or seller and would appreciate one in return once you are satisfied with our transaction.

PAYMENTS: I PREFER PAY PAL, BUT WILL ALSO ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS and CASHIERS CHECKS.  I DO NOT ACCEPT E-CHECKS OR PERSONAL CHECKS.  Buyer must contact me within 3 calendar days of winning auction with payment option they intend to use.  Unless prior arrangements are made, all payments are due within 7 days of auction end or the item will be re-listed and the buyer will receive an appropriate feedback and be reported to the eBay Resolution Center for non-payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:  I SHIP PROMPTLY, so as soon as your payment is received, your goods are usually on their way the next day!  Please keep in mind that even if I ship quickly, the POST Office may not be as efficient.  Please consider this when leaving feedback for shipping speed.  We ship via USPS PRIORITY ONLY with delivery confirmation included for tracking purposes.  Charges are based on location, weight & size using the automatic calculator function from eBay.  A $1.00 handling fee is included per item.  I am more than willing to combined shipping charges for items won within 7 days of each other.  Handling fee per item still applies.  I ONLY SHIP TO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS WHO HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.  This does not include P.O. boxes or APO addresses.  I take great care in packaging these items but, sometimes damage or loss occurs en route, so for your own protection I strongly recommend insurance.  I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

RETURNS:  All items are sold as described.  If you find that an item is not as described, I will accept a return within 7 days of buyers receiving the item and gladly refund purchase price if the item is in the original condition it was in when I shipped it out.  Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
