Up for auction is an interesting lot of 66 DIFFERENT REVENUE stamps issued between 1868 & 1938 by CANADA & / or CANADIAN PROVINCES.  The lot consists of law, custom duty, excise, war tax, etc., etc. stamps.  They are sorted, using an old E.S.J.vanDam catalogue of Canadian Revenue stamps & while cat. numbers are not being listed here, a couple worth a mention are  FX82;  & FPS23.   As you can see from the scans, centering varies between "fine" & "very fine".  The reverse of each stamp in the lot is free of gum, hinges, remnants, etc. except for the eight shown in the second scan which are unused as they still have full never hinged and original gum.   While the odd item may have faults, the great majority are sound.  An Older E.S.J.vanDam cat. value for this lot is about $68.00, but the opening bid for it is only 99 cents.  Good Luck with your bids!
