How much do we like the Palace Resorts? We bought our first Palace Premier VIP weeks the first time we went to Aventura Palace in March 2005. We sent our daughter there for her honeymoon in the Presidential suite in May of that year. We went back in December of that year with our son and bought another Presidential suite with more Jacuzzi suite weeks. We have been back TEN more times since then and love it every time. We just returned from our eleventh time and it was great as usual. Our daughter that went on her honeymoon there has been back to Aventura and to the new Beach Palace. 

We had a great time  at Moon Palace with our daughter and her family in July. The grandkids loved the kiddie pool, Wet n Wild Waterpark, and snorkeling. We have taken family (brothers and sisters) four times and they are all making plans to go back.

While you are at the resort you don't need to carry your wallet or purse because you don't need money for anything other than we take along $1 bills to tip even though tips are included in the all-inclusive fee. The service at the resorts is fantastic, the food is great with a big selection, I personally like the Fillet Mignon and the Mexican food the best, the grounds are well kept and there are plenty of things to do right at the resort or just kick back under a palapa or in one of the lounge chairs at the pool and relax. My wife loves the wet area at the spa with the steam room, sauna, hot tubs and foot massage pool. The girls there bring cold towels for her face and water to drink,

We own a business and live pretty stressful lives. I would have never thought we would find a place that we could go and just completely unwind and renew ourselves.

April & Jared (Vallarta Palace 8/19/07) "We got back a few days ago from the Vallarta Palace.  We wanted to thank you again for giving us this deal and for setting up our pickup at the airport, we were so worried, but everything worked out so smoothly.  Everything was what you said and more.  Right when we arrived we were welcomed with a cold towel and a glass of champagne.  The hotel is off of the ocean and our room overlooked it! We left our doors open at night so we could here the ocean while we slept.  The staff was very courteous also, it seemed as if we were their top priority.  The best part was having the platinum bands, we were treated like royalty.  The spa treatment was excellent and the free tours we received were interesting and romantic.  One of the tours we went on was the sunset tour, which included dinner and drinks on a tour boat, it was very romantic and just what we were looking to do on our honeymoon.  The food, entertainment, facility...well everything was GREAT! Thanks for your tips also, every one of them came in handy.  Will you be selling these for a while? We would really like to return for our one year anniversary."

The resort was beautiful, the room was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful.  We had great weather too,  It sprinkled for most of the day in the middle of our trip, so we just sat at the pool bar all day!  The trip was the perfect end to my summer before starting grad school.  Thank you again for your help...so much.  You really went above and beyond for people you didn't even know."  (Chris & Tiffany missed a connecting flight due to fog.  We were able to move there arrival and departure date back by one day)
