WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO Email me with the names, dates you are interested in, and how many adults/children will be included. All rooms can accommodate up to 4 people except at Sun Palace (2) and Xpu Ha (3).
The 2009 rate for each additional adult per room is $86 per night and each additional child (4-17) is $45 per night. Contact me for 2010 rates

PLANNING A WEDDING OR HONEYMOON? The Palace Resorts recognizes that your wedding and honeymoon are very special to you. They offer a wide variety of choices including a free wedding ceremony. If you are interested, please let me know and I can give you lots of information on how to make these events cherished memories. The Honeymoon Package includes: a fruit basket, bottle of sparkling wine, romantic candlelight dinner, 2 t-shirts, and a late checkout until 6:00 PM. (Honeymoon couples must present proof of marriage within the past year. In order to receive the above amenities couple must be reserved as honeymooners so remember to let me know when you book your reservation.)
QUESTIONS...Is the reservation under my name or yours? The reservation is under your name. When you arrive in Cancun and get through customs, you will locate your Palace Resorts travel coordinator and he will have your name on a clipboard and will put you on a shuttle to your resort. Look for the Traffic Tours or Palace Resorts representatives in the bright red shirts. What about airfare?Airfare in not included, however, Palace Resorts has a discount airfare department so when you call to pay for your room, you can also check to see if they can get you a cheaper flight to Cancun than your regular source. You can also book your flight through the airline provider of your choice. Try Travelocity, Orbitz, Kayak or Expedia for great rates on air fares, especially midweek departures. What if I need to cancel my reservation?Your vacation week can be used at any time during 2009 at the rate for each season. However, you will be subject to the Palace Resort's cancellation policy. You may cancel up to 72 hours prior to your vacation date. The resort vacation fee will be refunded and you will have an opportunity to re-book your new travel dates if you would like. However, the seller fee of $150 will not be refunded.
Do I need a passport? Yes, you must have a valid passport to enter/exit Mexico. A driver's license or birth certificate is not going to work. So, remember to take your passport with you.
