Payment	Immediate Payment required. I prefer PayPal or PayPal eCheck. I also accept payments through Major Credit Cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with credit card. Local pick up - You can pay in cash and pick up in person. Please contact me if these payment methods are not acceptable to you. I am positive that we can work out something.There is a 9.25% Sales tax for Tennessee residents and local pick up.
Terms	By buying you are entering into a legal, mutually binding agreement. By buying this item you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions as mentioned on this transaction page/s.
Shipping	There is a flat fee for shipping, insurance and packaging. Insurance is included. I will not be held liable for shipping errors, damage during shipping, theft or packages left for you. As soon as FedEx has your package they are responsible for any loss you may have as a result of shipping mishaps. That's why I pay FedEx thousands of Dollars for insurance annually. Items under $55 usually ship via USPS and no tracking number is available for this. I always pack items very securely and ship FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. If you need me to ship it faster you pay the difference in cost. Packages ship after full and final payment has cleared. I will not ship unless you have paid in full. No exceptions. Some items may ship separately. If your item arrives damaged (unlikely, but could happen during shipping), please keep ALL packaging materials and notify me IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do so may result in you not having an enough proof to have success with your insurance claim. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, including Canada. I do ship to Alaska & Hawaii. I never ship to a P. O. Box, only residential and business street address. FedEx will not accept your package for delivery if you do not provide me with a valid US address and phone number. I use your email address to sign you up for automatic tracking via FedEx automated tracking service. By making you purchase you are granting me permission to do so. The email from FedEx will arrive in your email Inbox as TrackingUpdates@FedEx.com. Please look out for this email and make sure your Spam filter does not process this as Spam. Please feel free to ask any questions.
Feedback	I leave feedback. As part of this transaction, you agree to not leave me negative feedback without first trying your best to resolve whatever your problem with me first (I say this in the very unlikely event that you are dissatisfied or that there is a misunderstanding). My feedback speaks for my reputation, so please rest assured; you will receive your items as promised herein.
Guarantee & Returns	I will under certain circumstances accept returns. Do not send back your item without prior return authorization. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. I never give refunds. Best-case scenario - you receive an in-store credit towards future purchases. This is definitely not DOA. All items will arrive as described above. Assumptions: Do not assume that you are getting something that is not specified in the detailed list or is not clearly visible in the pictures.
