use United Parcel Service or Canada Post for our shipments. Our
preferred shipping method is UPS. Delivery to most North American
addresses is by UPS. Delivery time will vary - Canada and US shipments
take 2 to 14 business days and International shipments approximately 2
weeks. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when provided by our courier.

use Canada Post for PO Boxes and APO / FPO addresses. These deliveries
may require additional postage.
