Shipping, handling, and required insurance are included in the total shipping cost quoted. Shipping includes all costs that occur when shipping an item including secure packing, packing material, labour, pick-up fees, etc. Please make sure you agree to these terms and the shipping prices before you bid.

We use United Parcel Service or Canada Post for our shipments. Our preferred shipping method is UPS. Delivery to most North American addresses is by UPS. Delivery time will vary - Canada and US shipments take 2 to 14 business days and International shipments approximately 2 weeks. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when provided by our courier.

We use Canada Post for PO Boxes and APO / FPO addresses. These deliveries may require additional postage.

Due to Verification difficulties we may require Bank Transfer as payment for your purchase.

All auction items must be paid for in full before we will release your order for shipping. That includes taxes for Canadians: Ontario (13% GST+PST); Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & New Brunswick (13% HST), the rest of Canada (5% GST). There are no duties when shipping to Canadian addresses.

Every effort is made to ensure proper stock levels at all times however we may encounter shortages or supply issues from time to time and every effort will be made to keep you informed and to get your order processed as soon as possible.
