Description: From Playing Mantis' line of retro action figures and toys. This auction is for these beautiful reproductions of the 1966 and 1967 Ideal Toys action figures of Captain Action and his arch enemy Dr. Evil. This lot is for all 4 boxed figures of Captain Action, Dr. Evil, the Green Hornet, and Kato. These figures were released in 1998 to various stores and were not big sellers with children and teenagers. They were a hit with nostalgic Captain Action and 12" G.I. Joe fans and collectors. The Green Hornet and Kato figures were exclusively sold by K-B Toys and were produced in smaller quantities than the other Captain Action action figures. Please note that these figures were removed from the boxes to check for damage and then replaced back in their original boxes. They are not damaged and they were never played with or displayed. I am not an expert on grading the packaging of action figures but the boxes do show some shelfwear with some "dings", scratches, corner bumps, and other impurities from being in storage for 10 years. The boxes don't really look bad but if you require 100% mint condition packaging, these aren't for you. I'd say these boxes are probably in very fine condition. 1. Winning bidder pays for shipping and handling which will be $15.00 within the United States. Combined shipping: You pay the price of the highest amount of shipping and $1 per each additional item won. Shipping to Canada is $25.00. If shipping turns out to be less than my quote, I will refund the difference to you via PayPal and through no other means.

2. Payment is due within 5 days of the day that the auction ends. PayPal (INSTANT TRANSFER ONLY; NO E-CHECKS) and U.S. MONEY ORDERS are the ONLY acceptable forms of payment for my auctions. NO checks, NO cash, NO BidPay,  and NO international money orders. You MUST have a confirmed address with PayPal. If I do not have payment within 5 USPS mailing days (which excludes Sundays), you will lose your position as high bidder, the item will be sold to the next highest bidder or re-listed and you will be reported as a Non-Paying Bidder.  

3. This lot is sold "as is". There are no refunds or exchanges. Please check my feedback and you'll see that there have been no problems with my item descriptions.

4. I will only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Please do not ask if I will consider shipping anywhere else because I won't. Please make sure you have the correct address listed with PayPal as that is where I will be mailing the package. IMPORTANT: Due to my work schedule I can only ship packages on Saturdays. Sometimes I manage to get packages out sooner but there is NO guarantee.

5. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If you want insurance, let me know and be sure to add the charge at checkout.
