We only accept payment by Paypal (including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and e-checks). Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction closing date. If you don't contact us or respond to our email within 7 days, we will file an eBay Non-Paying Bidder Strike. Customers who are making payment through Paypal must have a Paypal confirmed address.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All Items are shipped via USPS with delivery tracking. Your items will arrive in no more than 5 business days with standard shipping ($6.00). Upgrade to priority mail ($8.00) and your items will arrive within 1-3 business days after we've received your payment. Pay only $3.00 for each additional item purchased. Insurance can be purchased for $1.35 for up to $50.00 worth of coverage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally through USPS Global Priority and Airmail. Shipping is $8.00 to Canada and Mexico (each additional item is $3.00). Shipping is $12.00 to the rest of the world (each additional item is $4.00). Please note that we can't be responsible for any merchandise lost in transit. Therefore there is no refund for any item(s) lost in shipment.
REFUND POLICY
We will provide you with a full refund in the event that we shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or if the item is damaged. If this is case, we will also refund your shipping costs. For request of refund that is not our error, we will only provide refund if the item has been unworn, unwashed, and that the tags are still attached. We do not refund shipping cost. For an exchange request, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back as well as the cost of shipping the new item. We cannot ship you the new item until we've received the original item.
