please report any non delivery of parcels by royal mail to me first, all my parcels are covered with proof of postage, if your parcel goes missing i will submit a claim to Royal Mail on the undertsanding that you will comply with any investiagtion they undertake. I will refund your money once their investigation is complete and I have recieved a refund from them, this may take a couple of weeks depending on the branch that is dealing with the claim.

Due to a number of parcels going astray, i have found it necessary to charge insurance due to the fact that paypal require a tracking number off me should a claim for non arrival be made. Unfortunatly this does put the price up for your postage, but insurance is for the parcel as a whole, not for each item. |
