Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	I accept a few types of payment.. a) Deposit your personal check into any Citibank bank in USA. b) Wire into my Citibank bank in USA c)Credit card (Master or Visa) but conditions apply. Please contact me in advance for approval before bidding. d) Paypal is acceptable unless otherwise stated in the auction. e) Wire into my bank account in Singapore.
Fees	- Courier shipping is generally between US$18 to US$35 depending on the auctions nature. It will be mentioned in the auction. - Air Mail regitered is US$10. This is for low value item/s. - Shipping charges are heavily subsidised by us. The real shipping charges are much higher. Sometimes it can be US$80 on an average. But we ask for a token of US$18 to US$35 only. -Handling is free-of-charge. -I am using DHL/EMS courier service generally. But for US$10 shipment, I use Registered Air Mail services. - I pack my parcel very carefully to prevent the damage of the presentation box too. I also waterproof the items in case it is left in the open.
Shipping	We ship internationally except a few problematic countries. Check with me if you have doubts. We are using DHL/EMS courier service generally for our courier services. Depending on our discretion and criteria we will decide the courier companies. For US$10 shipment, we use normal registered airmail postal service. If you wish to use Fedex and UPS, the shipping charges are higher as we do not have an account with them. I pack my parcel very carefully to prevent the damage of the presentation box too. We are collectors too and we underswtand the importance of boxes and papers.
Delivery	I ship upon the receipt of payment for wire transfer, Paypal and personal check. Delivery schedule: DHL/EMS courier service - 4 working days. Saturday and Sunday are not classified as a working day. Of course it is subjected to custom clearance in the respective country. Registered Airmail Postal service - about 10-14 days. It can be longer too.
Refunds & Returns	I accept returns if it is due to manufacturing defects. Since we check our items before delivery, this problem is greatly minimised. Therefore please do not damage the item/s for the sake of returning. We will know it. In the event that it is returned, we will refund the money less shipping, less credit card charges (if this option is used), admin charges (if there is any), and other unexpected charges (if there is any). We allow 3 days for buyers to inform us that he is returning the goods to us. The 3 days grace period starts from the day the parcel is received regardless of whether the recipient is the consignee or not. The item must reach us within 10 days after it is notified. The buyer has to pay for the shipping to return the item to us fully insured and safely packed to prevent damages. The item has to be in its original condition with original box and papers. It mustn't be used, dipped (for fountain pen), nor inked (for fountain pen). For lighters, it mustn't be fired.
