All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Warranties: We reserve the right to forward all warranty issues directly to the product manufacturer or to refer customers to the manufacturer with all or any guarantee, defective merchandise or warranty issues. Exchange An Order: If we determine an exchange is appropriate we will do so for another item of equal value, provided that you pay all shipping costs incurred during the exchange.  If you require an item of greater value, additional charges will apply.  If there is a problem with your order due to a mis-shipment, please let us know and we will issue an RMA and arrange for a reshipment or cross-shipment.  Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item and not entitled for a refund. Return An Order: All authorized inspected and approved returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee. A store credit may also be issued for subsequent orders. Items being returned MUST be in their orginal, unsused condition and in their original packaging.  We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. Each item is thoroughly inspected by our returns department, so please do not send back used merchandise.
