PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: All payments are due within 7 days via pay pal. Unless otherwise stated, all items will ship priority mail with tracking. I will offer first class or parcel post from time to time and those options do include a small handling fee to help cover shipping supplies. Priority mail is usually exact price since I get most of those supplies at no cost from the post office. I am not going to charge my customers for something I am not being charged for myself. If free shipping is offered for an item, free shipping is only for the United States and APO/FPO addresses. I do combine shipping costs, so please contact me if you are interested in multiple items!
