12th Carl Barks lithograph by Another Rainbow (1988). No. 313/345

  • For your special consideration: Carl Barks always used the number "313" for Donald Duck's automobile license plate. Bruce Hamilton also had a "313" special license plate on his work van. There's a number of "313"s in this offering. Be sure to see them all!
