About Our Grading: All our LPs are shipped with a protective plastic sleeve. Covers are assumed to be within a "+" or a "-" of the record grade. If there is a significant difference between the two or specific flaws we will list them in the "Notes" section. We strive to represent the condition of the record as accurately as possible, and to give you as much information as you desire. Questions about specific items are welcome - send us an e-mail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We use the same grading scale for 78s that we use for LPs, 45s, etc. Due to the volume of vinyl we handle, all records are visually graded unless otherwise noted. We grade our records using the Goldmine system (NM, M-, VG+, VG, VG-). We will not grade a record higher than NM unless its factory seal is still intact (SS/Still Sealed). If the above policy leaves any doubts, please email us!

Shipping Options: Buyer to pay actual shipping and postage costs. We will reduce S&H for multiple purchases, please confirm actual cost before sending payment. Email us for additional shipping needs.

Shipping is on Friday. If you are requesting shipment to a non-confirmed address, please contact us before bidding. Insurance is always optional.

US customers - We use USPS Priority Mail, unless you request otherwise. Approximate cost for one LP using Priority Mail is $7 shipping and postage, additional LP's add $2 each. Gatefold jackets and multiple vinyl LPs may warrant additional postage. Insurance is always optional. USA: $1.30 for up to $50.00 insurance; $2.20 for $100.00 insurance; $1.00 per each additional $100.00.

International customers - Please contact us for shipping options and rates. Often the most reasonably priced shipping used is Int'l Airmail Letter Post thru the USPS.

Returns Policy: We do our best to accurately describe our items up for sale and we welcome any questions. Buyer's remorse and issues of taste are not acceptable reasons for return. We will accept returns and reimburse return shipping if claim is handled in a timely manner - generally within one week - and meets one of the following conditions: 1) Manufacturer's defect on sealed items; 2) Accidental misrepresentation of item on our part. Examples include: incorrectly listing song titles, gatefold, original pressing, number of records in set, or other attributes. Minor grading disputes do not fall into this category. If you feel the condition of the record is significantly different than its stated grade, please contact us; 3) Shipping error or damage. If our shipper damages an insured item so as to significantly change its playability or collectability, please return it so that we can process the damage claim. We are not responsible for damage to uninsured items. Insuring an item is the buyer's responsibility.



Zebedee's RPM is Kansas City's "Newest Old Record Store", located near West 39th Street and Roanoke in the midtown area of Kansas City, MO. Zebedee's RPM retail store at 1208 W. 39th St has been open since May 2006. There are over 3000 vinyl pieces on the first floor and about 10,000 records are in storage. The store also carries a small selection of new and used CDs and new vinyl, alongside vintage magazines, books and posters. (Including vintage posters from local shows.) We buy and trade CDs, tapes and vinyl and are just getting started on eBay.

Steve Rector and Dave Schenk are partners in owning the store, both have over 50 years combined record sales experience in the Kansas City and Lawrence KS areas. We will be working hard to provide the best customer service, and appreciate any advice our customers might want to share with us.
