These are the last listings I will have of any bottles or netsukes that were left in my collection. I hope I have kept the best until last. All items cost £4 shipping worldwide for the first item and £2 (a 50% reduction) for each extra item won - once all items are paid for and mailed at the same time. This is a truly stunning Chinese piece. It is a wonderful snuff bottle made from a white iridescent shell. There are small iridescent pieces of the shell inlaid in a pattern around the sides, end and neck of the bottle. This has been finished off with a stopper with a spoon attached to the inside. This bottle is well hollowed out and comes with a presentation box. What you see in the photo is what you get. The colours are as close as I can get them and all photos have been taken in natural light.

Most of the stone bottles are carved in the homes of the artist to supplement their income, practicing an art that has been passed down through the generations. All bottles are described to the best of my ability and are sold in good faith.This would make a wonderful addition to a Snuff Bottle Collection, a Oriental art collection, a Miniature Collection or just a valued addition to anyone's home.......... 52 |
