Shipping Policy

We ship by UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the United States Postal Service. Auctions with calculated shipping charges show rates for UPS ground service. We reserve the right to ship these items through comparable services of FedEx, DHL, or USPS without prior notification. Most purchases are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Transit times can be up to 5 business days. Please allow 10 business days for receipt of your purchase.

All items can be picked up at our warehouse. All items can be picked up at our warehouse. There is NO handling charge for picking up items selling for $10.00 and up. There is a $2.00 each handling charge for picking up auctions ending for less than $10.00.

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, fees, and/or other charges imposed by your government. We have no control over these charges.

Combined Shipping

Items that can be shipped in one box can be combined for discounted shipping. Carriers do not give discounts for multiple packages. Many items we sell cannot be combined due to the size, weight, and/or packaging. When items are combined, the shipping is full advertised shipping cost for the first item (item with highest advertised shipping) plus 1/2 the advertised shipping for each additional item. Combined items must be purchased within 5 days and paid in a single payment. An Ebay invoice will be sent to all winning bidders with combined shipping costs.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through Paypal (with confirmed address ONLY),  money order, credit/debit card, or personal check. Payment by personal check will delay shipping by 10 business days.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

8% sales tax is charged on purchases shipped within Alabama or picked up at our warehouse unless you have a valid tax resale number.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Satisfaction is guaranteed on every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with any item, you can return it for full refund of purchase price less 10% restocking charge. Items must be returned prepaid in the same condition as received. If the item is misrepresented in the item description, there will be no restocking charge and return shipping will be refunded. This does not cover loss or damage caused in shipping. Optional insurance is available to cover this. If you receive a package with shipping damage, save all packaging and notify us. A claim will be filed with the carrier.

We use Ebay's Selling Manager for feedback. Feedback is left automatically when feedback is received.
