What is OEM?  OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.  The product is made by the same company that made your phone.

Is the Merchandise real?  We sell only brand name products at very low prices.  If you find it cheaper you should question the authenticity of the item.

What is the warranty?  Most of our products have a one year warranty.  Check specifics on each listing.

Who will process the warranty?  Unlike others, we will process your warranty claim for you.  Just send it back to us with a note on the original invoice stating the problem.  Please make sure it is within the warranty period or it will be returned.

Do you combine shipping?  Most of our items ship for free but if there is a charge we will combine the orders and discount each additional item.

How long does it take to ship?  In most cases the shipment will leave within 24 hours (excluding weekends) or sooner.  Delivery time depends on where you are shipping to but a good rule of thumb is 3-5 business days for orders shipped within the United States, 10-15 business days for orders shipped to Canada and for other international orders it depends on your postal system.  Please check your local postal system for specific delivery times.
