I bought  the property 4 month back and fixed major problem and now i am selling.  Picture is our proof with date,

 

Water: basement looked all plumbing pipe intact. (couldn't test all)

Gas: inside house gas pipe intact.              (couldn't test all pls call Gas company to turn on)
Furnace: Center Heating furnace second hand but new installed with new duck work 
Water Boiler: New water boiler working fine (couldn't test hot water due to gas off)

Dish Washer (works fine tested)

Sink food Crusher (tested works fine)

Power: looks all wire inside house intact.  (Tested everything works)
Roof: Roof looks good   (leakage fixed)

 

If incase any work needs in these house will be a small works on walking inside house, and my guys can do any work for $200 a day (plumbing, power, paint, walls, roofing etc.) OR to make it rentable he will charge $1000

A: Before you bid you can inspect the property.. i sorry you got very less time left to inspect.. since these are auction not listing we sell as is where is with correct information including pictures..

A: Land contract means lease to own in another words you can act as a bank and buyer is your borrower and they fix the house , they pay the taxes.. you are not responsible for anything tenant is responsible for everything..
