- We warranty all New products for 7 days after received. Warranty covers manufacturers defects only, no returns/refunds after 7 days.
- If you would like to return a defective item please fill out an RMA from at https://checkout.kyozou.com/rma/rmalogin.aspx . Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
- No returns/refunds on As-Is, Open Box or Used items unless stated on auction.
- All serial numbers are recorded and most items are stamped with a BDS marking before an item is shipped to prevent fraudulent return.
- We reserve the right to cancel bids and revoke sales.
