We usually ship 1-2 business days after payment is received. For international shipments, payment will be check prior shipping item.
Return Policy:
Defective items will be exchanged within 7 days from delivery. After 7 days, please contact the manufacturer. The item MUST be in the manufacturer's original packaging, in brand new condition, and include all packaging material. If a refund is desired, we will refund your full purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us with any questions.
