This cast polyresin replica was produced by SpecCast. It is a replica of the WD45 Allis Chalmers tractor that started production in 1953 and had the same general looks as the Allis Chalmers WD tractor, which was produced earlier. In 1956, the WD 45 became the first tractor in the Allis Chalmers line to have power steering. The last WD 45 was produced in 1957 after a total of 90382 tractors were produced. This includes both gas and diesel models. The list price of the WD 45 tractor, in 1956, was $2,380.00. This tractor replica is new in the box and is in mint condition. The tractor comes with a base and chain that goes around the tractor and a sign that is affixed to the base that identifies the tractor. There are logos on the tractor identifying the manufacturer of the original tractor and a logo that shows that it is a WD-45. The base has a brass placard on it stating BEST OF SHOW. The tractor is approximately 8"X4 1/2" and the base is approximately 8" X 12".
