As of right now, I only ship within the U.S. I do not ship to P.O.Boxes as a rule of thumb. Refunds are given as cash back if an item arrives and is proven to be Dead on arrival. All shipping charges to return an item are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must arrive back within seven business days in the original box just as it was recieved. If you have any doubts whatsoever as to the cosmetics of an item. I highly encourage you to write and I will gladly send you personally more photo's etc. Whatever it takes to be sure. Better safe than sorry.
