I ask as I sell to 50+ countries & I do my best for honesty & customer service, but nearly ALL bad feedback I EVER had, (over many years)
99.9% of negative comments (1 from China who did steal from me) but even w/o neg. comments, they only just push the neutral or neg. button!
NONE of these nice people have EVER contacted me with any problem before hand, or written even one word to me after the fact & I DO ask.
This is petty, very confusing & very unreasonable.
Is there a reason that the entire planet is happy with my items & service except for America?
I on the other hand, am a reasonable, flexible person, who answers emails daily!
