Please Read All of This Before You Bid!!!
You are responsible for knowing and Understanding all of the following information!
Should you be a bidder and subsequently the successful high bidder on this auction you are agreeing to our terms below of sale, payment, pickup etc.
We have been selling here on Ebay for several years now and have encountered about every kind of situation you can imagine. In order to better serve our customers we have compiled the following list of information and auction terms. We find that 99% of most questions will be answered if you will kindly take a few moments to read through the following information.
1. BEWARE OF SCAMS! SECOND CHANCE OFFERS!
IF YOU RECEIVE A SECOND CHANCE OFFER OF ANY KIND ON ANY OF OUR ITEMS IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE CLAIMING TO SELL YOU THIS ITEM AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER. PLEASE FORWARD ANY FAKE OR SCAM EMAILS YOU RECEIVE TO spoof@ebay.com
2. WINNING BIDDER:
The winning bidder is to contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to inform us of receipt of their purchase invoice email and their intentions for payment and pickup. We will send you an invoice after the auction ends with all neccessary information to complete your transaction etc.
3. PAYMENT:
We accept cashier’s checks or cash in person if picking up within five days.
Please do not ever send cash in the mail.
Full payment is due within FIVE (5) calender days!
If you cant' pick it up within five days send a cashier's check.
We do NOT accept personal checks or money orders or PAYPAL. AGAIN NO PAYPAL.
We expect all buyers to be prepared to pay for their purchases in the time allotted. If you cannot do so please do not bid.
We do not accept partial payment on any items.
All bank checks should be made out to Witcher Farms Inc.
4. Sales Tax:
Arkansas residents must pay 8 % sales tax where applicable.
If you are a dealer and present us with a valid copy of your resale permit you will be exempt.
If you are a farmer and sign the Arkansas exemption affadavit you will be exempt.
Most construction machines are not tax exempt.
If you are unsure email or call before you bid.
5. Delivery/ Shipping:
Buyer to arrange shipping or pick up here. We will assist you but the ulitmate responsibility is on you.

Here is the name of a trucking company we have worked with in the past that can give you shipping quotes on this item nationwide.
1. Landis Trucking .For a quote contact Claudia At 863-675-8838, they are a full service truck broker and also have their own trucks, they can haul just about anything anywhere, good folks who get it done! They are the first ones we call when we need trucking!
2. You can also list your own shipments on Uship.com and let haulers bid on hauling your items...However use caution as shipping is totally 100% your responsiblity.
6. PICKUP/STORAGE:
We are GONE OFF AND ON A DAY OR TWO AT A TIME SEVERAL TIMES DURING EACH MONTH ON BUSINESS.
We ask that all pickups to be made during regular daylight hours on weekdays. We will not load anything after dark. Please advise your trucking company to be here before dark if they want to get loaded, otherwise it will be the next morning.
Free storage not a problem till arrangements for pickup or shipping are made up to 3 months if needed as long as it's paid for within the five days.
However after two weeks items left are at the buyers risk. We will not be responsible for dead batteries, flat tires, wind and weather damage, old gas, stopped up carbuerators, etc. Anything that happens to machinery when it is left to sit. We simply cannot maintain everyones machines for free for weeks.
We do not do pickups on Sundays, Sunday is our day for church and family. We are not available at all on Sundays for pickups.
ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPED WITHIN THREE MONTHS WITHOUT PRIOR OK WILL BE SOLD FOR STORAGE AND YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY OF THE PROCEEDS! WE ARE NOT A PERMANENT STORAGE FACILITY. WE ONLY HAVE SO MUCH ROOM!
7. Loading:
We are happy to drive/load this on your truck or trailer for you. No charge of course. We do have a dock and we do have means to load this on a semi trailer or whatever you send providing it will fit in the space provided. We will not load anything after dark. Please advise your trucking comapany. If they are unable to get here before dark it will be the following morning before they can get loaded.
8. Location:
We are located at 224 Hwy 64 in Wynne, AR. We are approximately 60 miles west of Memphis, TN and approximately 15 miles north of I-40. Please feel free to come by and inspect any piece of equipment you may be interested in. It is best if you call before you come so that you can know if your item is still available before you spend time driving.
9. TERMS OF SALE:
This is important, do not skip this part!
This is a used item. It is definitely not brand new or perfect. We try to tell all we can about each item but we cannot and will not guaranty or warranty anything. You are buying strictly as is where is without recourse.
Everyone is welcome to come to our place and inspect anything that they are interested in. If you buy on ebay you will be coming to pick up your item not to inspect it. All inspection must be before the end of the auction. If you want to know something specific please email and ask. Please do not assume anything.
Once the item leaves our place, it will not come back and no refunds will be issued. There is no way for us to know what happens once an item leaves here. Once it leaves our place it is no longer our responsibility.
We do not anticipate any problems but we want to be extremely clear. Everything we sell is as is where is without any recourse to or for the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Please remember what you are buying. If you purchase a $2000.00 dollar tractor then it will still be a $2,000.00 tractor when you get here, it will not have become a $20,000.00 tractor. If you want a warranty and perfection we recommend you seek out a new equipment dealer. While some of our equipment is very close to new it is all used. All used equipment has imperfections. We do our due dilligence to state anything you can't see or that we feel is noteworthy. Minor imperfections are to be expected. We can't predict flat tires, dead batteries, burnt out headlights etc. All we can tell you is what we see and find in our inspections.
We guarranty one thing and one thing only. If you arrive here to pickup your item and there is some obvious contradiction between our description and the item then you are under no obligation to complete the sale. Please don't call two weeks later to complain, it will be too late then. That's as fair as fair can be. We are only human and do make mistakes from time to time, if we do then we'll be glad to admit such.
We hate to have to go through all of this but due to a few people with the wrong idea about auctions we're having to spell everything out in black and white. We're not trying to be smart or unreasonable. We just don't want hard feelings or misunderstandings with anyone. If you want to know anything please, please, please ask. We will be glad to answer your questions.
