The tapeless CAT II Q is totally "self contained", .... no straps or harnesses needed for stretching. The CAT II Q is made by injection molding plastic, finishing and cleaning all components. The final step is hand assembly and one last check of operation and quality of the lightweight CAT II Q. The design and clear silicone outer cone, make installation and adjustment take only a few seconds, for results that last a lifetime. The "Q" model has a new grab and release mechanism for adjusting the tension. .. very Quick! It comes with two tensioner rods, which can be changed by the user as progress warrants. The CAT device, shipped to you, may be slightly different than the pictures, due to the latest improvements.
For further information on the whole concept and other procedures, do an Internet search for "foreskin restoration" or "CAT Stretcher". I don't know how many guys are restoring their foreskins ... thousands, but you might as well use the most advanced, latest device, at the best price. A look at my completed auctions and feedback will give you some insight. The only thing that I sell on eBay are the CAT II restoration devices.
In addition to appearance and function, there may be other long term effects of the traumatic removal of your foreskin, as a newborn. Some of these possible effects have had some research. You owe it to yourself, to look into this aspect of circumcision.
