up for bids is a full catalytic converter for scrap use only.  cut close and heat shield off of it for a truer weight.  completely intact.  exactly 4 pounds.

 

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has informed us that it is a violation of government regulation to install a used converter from a salvage yard or sell it for reuse unless it has been properly tested and labeled. Similarly it is a violation to install an untested used converter, even if the customer insists that the used converter came off his/her vehicle.
