FEATURED in this LISTING . . . . . . . is a pristine condition CATHRINEHOLM, made in Norway, MID-CENTURY MODERN FONDUE SET in a sparkling BRIGHT BLUE with WHITE design. This set MAY have been used ONCE, but I doubt it!! It's SPECTACULAR with no damage and very, very SHINY. The photos tell the story. Made around 1960, imagine how rare it is to find a piece like this in it's ORIGINAL CONDITION. The GLOBE SHAPE is what makes this SET so, so COLLECTIBLE.

THE DESIGNER of this piece is Grete Prytz Kittelsen.

THE FONDUE SET measures approximately 11 1/2 inches TALL to the top of the KNOB which is a brushed stainless steel, also in sparkling condition. THE OVERALL DIAMETER of the globe portion or pot is approximately 8 inches. The pot is supported by a Stainless Steel round support. THE PLATTER below measures approximately 9 1/8 inches in diameter and has a slightly upturned edge to prevent spills. The HEATING OR BURNER pot measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter and 2 1/4 inches tall. This pot has a stainless steel lid with attached handle. Even the bottom of the PLATTER is in sparkling condition. The SET also includes 4 FONDUE FORKS with ROUNDED WOODEN ENDS. Each end has a dot of color for each of your GUESTS. These forks are also each marked CathrineHolm.
