possible, however, on rare occasions, we may run out

States Postal Service, not the item seller, and are ESTIMATES ONLY. We are not
responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions of the shipper.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping transit times for any domestic or international

Priority Mail International will be used whenever possible for international
packages, unless you specify Express Mail International. Online tracking is
available to most major destinations, but not all. Buyers will be provided with
a tracking number when items are shipped, and can be tracked at the United
States Postal Service website. (As the seller, we do not have access to any
more tracking information on any particular package than the buyer does.) It is
the buyer's responsibility to make sure that any item purchased from us is not
prohibited by the Customs service of their nation. We are not responsible for
any packages seized or delayed by other nations’ Customs or Postal services,
except those sent via Express Mail International and insured.

NOTE FOR MASK BUYERS:
For your convenience, we enclose instructions
with each mask for its use, long term care, and display. When you receive your
mask from us, it is in the same condition in which we received it from the
warehouse. Most mass-produced rubber
Halloween masks are warehoused and shipped flat without any sort of stuffing.
Occasionally this flattening will cause some slight warping in the mask. By
following our instructions, you can easily return your mask to its original
molded shape, as well as correct any minor distortions in the rubber material
incurred during storage.
