• Bidding on multiple auctions? If you are bidding or ordering more than one item, please wait until the auction has finished or until you have finished ordering all your items. After each auction won or additional item ordered, a new invoice will be sent. Always use the most recent invoice emailed to you. This invoice has all your items listed and combined into one order. Combine shipping discounts will be applied for multiple purchases where applicable.

• Defective goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the return.
• Please contact us to get a RMA number BEFORE sending out your exchange. Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted.
• Please write the RMA number on the returning package.
• It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value.
