FREE shipping for small items or parts is eligible for USA via USPS First Class Mail. We ship from our warehouse in CA either on the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. USPS usually delivery in 2 to 5 business days within USA. However, we recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during holiday seasons. (We may use different carrier such as UPS or combine your shipment if you also purchased other larger item from us)

You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. If the item is purchased with free shipping, please refer to our FREE shipping terms and conditions. They are subject to a $3.99 restocking fee. For orders that are charged shipping and handling, we will only refund the item price less listed shipping and handling. Due to the nature of online business and the unbeatable deals we offer, restocking fees OR shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. NO EXCEPTION!!! Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the merchandise. An RMA number MUST be visible on the returned package. If the merchandise arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to file a damage claim against the carrier. It is in your best interest to purchase INSURANCE on the return package. If your merchandise is returned in any other condition, we may refund the item price less $3.99 restocking fee plus less an ADDITIONAL 30% restocking fee if any of the following occurs (at our sole discretion):

• The merchandise is otherwise considered non-resalable, or must be sold as "used".

All returns must be returned to KK Music Store at the buyers' own cost regardless of reason.

All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival

Damage upon arrival: If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.

Discrepancies: If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.

Purchased a wrong item: If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping and handling does not apply to exchange merchandise.
