We accept: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal Checkout.
Please do not bid or purchase the item, if you do not intend to pay for it. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of the auction purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days, unpaid item strike will be filed. There will be no exceptions.
Orders shipped within Florida will be subject to a 6% sales tax on the total sales price, excluding shipping & handling.
Please understand that when making payments through PayPal eCheck, your payment is not cleared automatically. It usually takes 3-5 business days in order for PayPal to clear your payment.
When you make a payment through any of our accepted payment methods, please make sure the shipping address is correct. Invalid or incomplete address will delay your shipment and the same BUSINESS day shipping offer will not apply.
We reserve the right to refuse the order for buyers with zero, negative or hidden feedback and all non-registered buyers which is reported from eBay.
We are a small, family-owned business and depend on our eBay reputation and customer satisfaction to succeed. Therefore, our feedback and DSRs are extremely important to us as better DSR scores affect our search placement on eBay. We want to earn your good feedback and 5-stars DSR rating. Unfortunately, 1 & 2 stars is considered a bad rating for sellers and can result in restrictions on our account. Please help us maintain our business. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed and shipped on the same BUSINESS day, if payment is CLEARED before 2pm EST (Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays). We have a customer service and fulfillment team that is second to none and strives to exceed your expectations.
Same day shipping doesn't apply to:
- International Orders.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Invalid or Incomplete addresses.
- Payment made through PayPal eCheck.
We only ship to confirmed addresses, so please make sure that the provided shipping address is correct and valid. The same BUSINESS day shipping service will not apply, if the provided address is invalid or incomplete. So, please make sure to provide the correct address.
Due to the security and fraud reasons, we will not accept address changes through e-mail. If you provide the incorrect shipping address in PayPal while you make the payment, we will not take any responsibility if the package is lost. If package is returned for any reason, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.
We can only guarantee the service that we provide, please understand that even though your order will be shipped on the same BUSINESS day, we cannot guarantee delivery time for the package, only the United States Postal Service can do that. A tracking number will be e-mail to you when your order has been processed.

- Wholesale (quantity) orders may be shipped with UPS Ground, according to our discretion.

- Seller reserves the rights not to ship to the unconfirmed address for the winning bids using PayPal. Payment will be refund (PayPal payment) for unacceptable orders & those orders will also be cancelled.
- If the package is returned to us for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.
- If the package is lost or damaged during the delivery time, a claim can be filed with the United States Postal Services. So, please if you dont receive your package in a timely manner contact us immediately.

International Buyers - Please Note:

RETURNS
If you experience any problems, first contact 24hrsDeals for technical support. If a repair or exchange is necessary, you will be e-mailed the service authorization number along with packing instructions.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for return and/ or cancellation according to our discretion.
Save the original box and packing materials. They are specially designed to protect your unit during transit. If the unit is not shipped in the original shipping box for repairs, the repaired unit will be returned in the proper packaging and the customer will be charged additional fees. USPS or UPS will not honor insurance claims if the product is not properly packaged.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for returns or cancellation other than defective product to cover eBay fees, final auction value and PayPal fees.
Damages caused by wear and tear(ie: Damaged Screen, Scratches, Water Damage, etc.), improper packing or shipping by the buyer are not covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Prior to returning any product for repair or replacement, Buyer must obtain written approval from us. We will not be liable for nor accept any non-conforming products unless it has approved their return in writing. A description of the malfunction or defect shall be enclosed with the product being returned. When products have been returned after the expiration of the warranty period for the particular product, repair or replacement cost will be estimated prior to work commencing, resulting in a new purchase order.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.
If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit for the buyer in the same amount paid minus the shipping chargers
