Regarding Emails |
| Our descriptions are as accurate as possible. We try to give as much information on the item as we can. If you have any questions, please email us before bidding.
Unlike many high-volume sellers, it is our policy to answer all emails as quickly as possible. Occasionally our business obligations may take us away from the office for several days, but you can be assured that your email is important to us and we will respond to it upon our return.
We normally email with an eBay invoice within 48 hrs of the end of the auction and/or eBay store purchase. We have found occasionally emails get lost in cyberspace -or- most often aren't received due to spam filters that are set up on your ISP email account. Please be certain that any spam filters for your ISP and email account are set to accept our emails. Otherwise, we'd have no way of knowing that you didn't receive our invoice. If you have not heard from us within 48 hrs, then most likely our emails are being blocked and you must contact us.
