REFUND POLICY

We only pick the best items that we believe are good enough for loving! We think this way for every crystal piece and collectible that passes our hands but we may be wrong! We frequently are! And if we are wrong, we want to put it right!  Please note that we only use 100% natural crystals in our creations, as these are forms of nature, slight brushes and inclusions are a unique characteristic of natural crystals. We cannot refund for such imperfect perfections, this does not and will never include broken bits and cracked crystals which we insist will never be sold to you.

If your received item is not as described, just write us, send the item back within 3 days of Receipt  to our replying correct return address and upon receiving the return package we will refund the FULL AMOUNT! However, we cannot refund for SHIPPING & INSURANCE! Items must be returned in the same fashion as received!! Crystals need love and care & are Very Hardy By Nature! We Cannot Be Responsible for Mishandling! Once Broken-Sales Are Final! Sorry!!
