FOR SALE (1) CONTRACT / AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARENTS AND DAUGHTER FOR CELL PHONE AND CELL PHONE SERVICE AND TEXTING. The purchaser will receive a Microsoft Word format document as shown below. The document will be emailed to the purchaser. Parents do not give your daughter a cell phone or cell phone texting / service privileges without first reading below. This agreement does many things: 1). It is a "legal" agreement between you and your daughter to set the rules for cell phone usage. 2). It teaches your daughter to read and understand a "legal" agreement. I made sure my daughter read and fully understood our agreement prior to signing. 3). It requires your daughter to perform work or pay for the phone services used. It prevents the "everything" is free rationale. 4). Contains penalties for late payments and penalties for bad behavior and sets Texting as a privilege. If certain conditions are not met texting is not allowed and the cell phone is taken away. The winner of this auction will be EMAILED one copy of this agreement in Microsoft Word format. This file is 24KB in size and will be emailed to you as an attachment. You must provide an email address with you paypal payment so we can email this agreement to you after you purchase this document. The document will be emailed to you after payment is made. Simply edit the document. Insert your daughters name, hourly rate and any special rules or stipulations. Execute the two copies of the agreement. Keep one for the parents and let your daughter keep one. |
