This 5-piece set of art glassware are masterpieces by the renowned Murano glass-blowers, Gino Cenedese e Figlio.
The set comes from a private collection and other sets from the collection are listed separately.
Each elegant piece of hand-blown cristallo glass is brimming with bright white hand-enameled flowers. The stems are in copper/gold. All of the rims are banded in gold. The pontils are smooth-finished.
Photos have been taken against different backgrounds to show contrast.
The set consists of the following 5 pieces (measurements approximate):
1 Dinner Plate: 10”
1 Plate: 7-1/2”
1 Bowl: 4-1/2” top diameter x 2-3/4” high
1 Demitasse Saucer: 5-1/2”
1 Demitasse/Cup: 2-1/2” top diameter x 3-1/2” high
Condition: All 5 pieces are in near mint condition. There are no no chips, no cracks, no scratches and there have been no repairs.
History/Provenance: This set comes from a private collection made by Cenedese in the 1980s. For authentication, a copy of the original sales receipt from Gino Cenedese e Figlio-Murano (which includes this set among others) will be provided to the buyer (please understand that some personal information will be deleted, however, the original receipt is available for viewing upon request).
