This Ceramic Handpainted Dressed Horse Is An Unusual Looking Piggy Bank.  It is in MINT CONDITION With no Chips or Cracks anywhere that I can see.  There are a couple of places that have tiny bumps (imperfections in the piece prior to painting??)  The horse is dressed in pants and a vest with a shirt and he is standing in an upright position and looks like he has something to say.  The brown box in front of him could be a suitcase or a counter top (podium).  The back has a slot for coins and the bottom has a rubber stopper.  Unusual and Cute!!!!!  He stands about 8 inches in height and is about 5 inches in width at the widest area.
