The following is an extremely rare pamphlet in which letters written by Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Shneurson from Chabad Lubavitch were printed. These letters are about the importance of the reciting of Tehilim (Psalms) and especially in a congregation.

It is not known whether this pamphlet was printed a second time.

The pages of the pamphlet are slightly falling apart and there some pages that got separated from the pamphlet, however, it is in reasonable condition and it is possible to study from.
