The following is the important Halacha (Jewish law) book Ktzot Ha’Shulchan. The author of the book is

Rabbi Chaim Na’eh who became famous by virtue of his well known book Shiurei Torah in which he differed with the Chazon Ish in regard to the measurements of Tefach and other measurements listed in the Torah.

The author was among the greatest of the Lubavitch Hassidim in Jerusalem and a superlative Torah scholar.

This volume is the first one which the author published and it includes explanations on the Orach Chaim section of the Shulchan Aruch.

A signature of

Rabbi Moshe Yair Weinstock who was among the greatest Kabbalists in Jerusalem appears upon the title page of the book.

A list of donors who published the book appears at the beginning of the book and there is a handwritten addition in which

Rabbi Moshe Weinstock is written.  It appears that this addition was written by the author, Rabbi Chaim Na’eh, upon the giving of the book to the Kabbalist

Rabbi Moshe Yair Weinstock.
