  • Every aspect of this dress is smashing!
  • It is fresh, young and timeless.
  • Jet black with large white polka dots.
  • Large black CC are scattered throughout the dress in the polka dots.
  • Umpire line with black straps.
  • The front of the straps are actually cut as one piece ot the bust! 
  • The first 'layer' has a fall with a 6" subtle ruffle right below th hip area. 
  • The last 3 ruffles vary in size from the top down: 4 3/4", 7 1/2" and 9".
  • The effect is is so soft and striking with fabulous movement to the dress.
  • With flats for an early evening cocktail event, to very high heels for a more formal occassion.
  • FANTASTIC find!
